WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
There is no shipping fees for standart post. Some special cases,(huge packages, unavailable areas etc. ) may causes extra shipping fees but we will inform you about that before buying.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order before shipping. We are not able to cancel or change your order once it is shipped. If you would like to return your order, please see our return policy.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDERED?
We are unable to cancel or change any part of your order including the delivery address or payment method once your order is shipped. But until you did not receive a shipment mail from us, you can send us a mail about the address change. We will handle it.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We do our best to deliver all items to you in perfect condition. We wrap them with soft and durable materials. But please check your order while receiving the package from cargo personnel. If there are any damaged items in your package, request to fill a form together with cargo personnel and inform us about the situation. We will inspect the delivery conditions and will refund you in case of damage during transportation.
